The course consists of four modules; testing, training planning, training load and self & team management. The modules take place on site at four different Sport Performance Centres. Bosön in Sweden, Kuortane in Finland, INSEP in France and BASPO Magglingen in Switzerland. Israel and Luxemburg are also partners and contributes with their knowledge. There is a read thread through the course with focus on sharing and the modules are built relevant to the topic. This is done by integrating pedagogical methods such as peer learning, e-learning, reflection, and a lot of hands-on practical sessions.
